We collect the minimum information we need to run the studio. That means contact information when you reach out to us, basic analytics on how this site is used, and the data we generate together when we work with you on a venture.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, message, and any details you choose to share. We retain these for as long as the conversation is active, plus 24 months for relationship context.
- Newsletter signups — name and email. We use these only to send the quarterly digest you signed up for. Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
- Site analytics — anonymized, aggregated traffic data via privacy-respecting analytics tooling. No third-party advertising trackers.
- Venture-related information — when we work together on a venture, we collect what we need to operate the venture. This is governed by the venture's own data and privacy terms, not this site policy.
