We build physical and digital products where AI is the point, not the pitch. Hardware, software, and the supply chain to ship them - across the things people actually use.
AI is the through-line, not the category. We don't invest in "AI companies" - we build products where AI does the heavy lifting in the background, across sectors where we have real operating experience.
Consumer and prosumer tools where AI does the heavy lifting in the background. Voice, vision, productivity, creative. Software that earns its place by solving a real problem, not by advertising its model.
Adaptive K-12 tutoring, teacher aids, and safer screens for kids. Primary focus on North America and Europe. Products that hold attention without hijacking it.
Physical devices with embedded intelligence. Sensors, edge AI, and the supply chain to ship them at scale. We work with manufacturing partners across Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Suzhou.
Each venture carries an internal project codename until it graduates to a consumer brand. The names below are the codenames as used inside the studio. We build some ourselves, and we co-build others with founders who bring domain expertise we don't have.
A zero-blue-light, low-stimulus learning tablet built for young minds.
A modern property management platform for landlords, agents, and small operators.
Movement-tracking hardware that turns any space into an intelligent training environment.
A portable iontophoresis device, redesigned for the modern age.
An AI-powered smart home hub that respects privacy while still being useful.
Sustainable home goods with a small footprint and an honest supply chain.
The studio runs a four-phase loop. Most ideas die in phase two - that's not failure, it's the system working. We commit capital only after a venture has earned its way through prototype and pilot.
A working thesis, a target user, a real problem. We test ideas with buyers and operators before we write a line of code or place a tooling order.
First physical or working-software version. We work with a short list of manufacturing partners we already trust, mostly across Greater China.
A small production run. Real customers, real usage, real feedback. This is where most ventures either graduate to scale or get cut.
Selective distribution, depending on the product. We pick the channel that matches the venture - DTC, retail, B2B, marketplace, or licensing.
